Promotion of Abe Jabhan to Executive Vice President

ESM is proud to announce the promotion of Abe Jabhan to Executive Vice President of Claims!

Abe continues to provide leadership and guidance to ESM’s claims team and Executive Committee. His contributions, insights, and passion to make a difference, are just a few of the core elements that push ESM to new levels. Some of Abe’s key responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Claims Advocates. 

• Manage the Department’s INSITE compliance portal for optimal search results and enhanced compliance content.

• Manage ESM’s Claims Management portal for optimal customer utilization.

• Develop and manage our Work Comp claims management Business Intelligence roadmap, to ensure customers are provided with meaningful business analytics.

• Develop and manage our Experience Modification projection platform as well as exploring the utilization of A.I. within our community portal.

• Provide business training to the ESM team via Foundations (an internal business training program).

• Improve business processes by leveraging technology to create efficiencies.

• Strategize ways to improve and maximize department revenue.

• Support our sales and marketing process to help grow ESM’s claims department 20% YoY.

• Helping ESM’s executive team in shaping our long-term strategy.

• Supporting our team in resolving day-to-day challenges.

Abe has evolved into an excellent leader, strategic thinker and both an ESM and Customer advocate. All of us at ESM are proud to work side by side with him in our journey to take ESM #tothemoon!
