The claims manager is faced with the difficult process of dealing with injured employees, doctors, medical clinics, lawyers, insurance companies, rehab specialists and many other professionals. The ESM Solutions claims management process provides training to allow your claims manager to deal more effectively with these people who may have different agendas. ESM Solutions also offers on-site claims management consultation to help resolve open claims and provides your staff with the knowledge and confidence to make their efforts more effective and productive.
